Please note our warehouse is still in operation on a reduced staff basis, all the courier collections are still in place for a same day despatch. The lead times are stated on each product on the website and we will try to update them as quickly as possible when these change.
Some of our sales, customer services and accounts staff will be working from home from 5 November 2020 until further notice so please bear with us with replying to enquiries or tracking information, we will endeavour to reply as soon as possible. There is a chat facility on the website and our firstname.lastname@example.org email is manned constantly during working hours so please use these where possible.
If you wish to place an order over the phone, please call sales on 01737 783101 and our sales staff, some of whom remain office based and some of whom are currently set up to work from home on a secure server, are waiting to take these orders.
