Truly, ordered over the phone, got an email acknowledgement straight back with a link to my Invoice and tracking. Delivered next day as promised, but only one item arrived instead of 2, checked the tracking link - 2nd item not shown. I rang them up and they checked, no item, called me back and told me another had been despatched which arrived next day (with the original one!).
